Welcome to Four Seasons Interior & Exterior Painting (“Four Seasons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at fourseasonspaintco.com, the services we provide, and the communications we send to you. By contacting us, requesting an estimate, signing an estimate or invoice, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Four Seasons Interior & Exterior Painting is a residential and commercial painting company serving Lake County, Ohio and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. We provide interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, staining, and related finish work.

All estimates are provided in writing or through our digital estimating platform. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work, surfaces, and conditions described at the time of the estimate.
Material price changes, scope changes, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project — including but not limited to substrate damage, lead-based paint, mold, moisture intrusion, or repairs not visible at the time of estimate — may result in pricing adjustments. We will communicate any change in writing before additional work is performed and obtain your approval.
Once a project is approved and scheduled, we work to begin and complete the job as efficiently as possible. Weather, material availability, and crew scheduling can affect timelines, particularly for exterior work.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start may incur a fee to cover material restocking and lost crew time.
Payment terms are set out in your individual estimate or contract. Standard terms typically include a deposit prior to the start of work and final payment upon completion. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, ACH, and check, processed through Square or other agreed-upon methods.
A late fee may be applied to balances unpaid 30 days past the invoice due date. Returned checks are subject to a service fee.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary based on the scope of your project (interior, exterior, surface type, paint product) and will be provided with your estimate or invoice. By providing your phone number or email address to Four Seasons Interior & Exterior Painting — through our website, our intake forms, an estimate, an invoice, or any other channel — you consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS and MMS), and emails from us related to your project, scheduling, follow-up, billing, customer service, and similar business communications.
What you may receive:
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project status and is generally limited to communications relevant to your account.
Carrier rates. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Four Seasons does not charge a fee for sending or receiving messages.
How to opt out of SMS. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications, except where required for transactional purposes permitted by law.

Email opt-out. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails related to active projects (estimates, invoices, schedule confirmations) will continue to be sent as needed to fulfill our service to you.
We do not share or sell your phone number, email, or contact information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
We collect contact information (name, property address, phone, email) and project details necessary to provide our services. We use this information to deliver and bill for our work, communicate with you, maintain customer records, and follow up on warranty matters.
We may use third-party tools and platforms — including but not limited to Jobber, Square, Paint Scout, Google services, and customer review platforms — to manage scheduling, payments, communications, and reviews. These providers maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our legal rights.
We may take before-and-after photos of completed projects for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. Photos generally show painted surfaces and finished work and do not include identifying address information unless you specifically authorize it.
If you do not want photos of your property used publicly, please notify us in writing before work begins and we will respect that preference.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Seasons’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost income, loss of use, or property damage caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Ohio.
